1Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using Halyo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2Description of Services

Halyo is an online prebooking platform that connects:

Customers seeking wedding and event services
Venue owners (kalyana mandapams, party halls, resorts, etc.)
Service providers (photographers, caterers, decorators, etc.)

Important: Halyo is a prebooking platform only. No online payments are processed. All payments must be made directly to venue owners/service providers after visiting their premises.

3User Accounts

Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Types

Customer: Browse venues and submit booking inquiries
Vendor/Owner: List venues/services and manage bookings

4Vendor/Owner Terms

Vendors listing on Halyo agree to:

Provide accurate venue details, pricing, and availability
Maintain genuine photos and descriptions
Respond to booking inquiries within 48 hours
Honor confirmed bookings
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Provide services as advertised

Listing on HALYO is completely free for all vendors. There are no subscription or listing fees.

5Customer Terms

Customers using Halyo agree to:

Provide genuine booking inquiries
Complete payments directly with vendors
Visit venues before confirming bookings
Not submit false or fraudulent inquiries
Respect vendor property and policies

6Prebooking Policy

Prebooking Notice

Halyo is a prebooking/inquiry platform only
No online payment is processed through our website
All financial transactions occur directly between customers and vendors
Customers must visit the venue before finalizing bookings
Halyo does not guarantee vendor availability or service quality

7Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Submit false or fraudulent bookings
Use the platform for illegal purposes
Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
Impersonate other users or vendors
Interfere with platform operations
Scrape or misuse platform data
Harass vendors or other users

8Disclaimers

Halyo is not a party to any transaction between customers and vendors. We act solely as a platform connecting parties.

Halyo does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors. All transactions are at the user's own risk.

We are not responsible for disputes, cancellations, or issues between customers and vendors.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed any fees paid to us in the past 12 months.

10Intellectual Property

All content on Halyo including logos, text, graphics, and software is owned by Halyo or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Vendors retain ownership of their uploaded content (photos, descriptions, etc.) and grant Halyo a license to display it on our platform.

11Account Termination

Halyo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent activities
Submit false complaints or bookings
Damage the platform's reputation
Provide misleading or inaccurate listings

12Changes to Terms

Halyo may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
