The Launch Offer is a special introductory plan: 90 days of full listing visibility for a one-time payment. It does not auto-renew. Perfect for trying HALYO before committing to a longer subscription.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your listing is hidden from search results. Your profile data is preserved. Renew anytime to restore visibility. We send reminders at 30, 15, 7, 3, and 1 day before expiry.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if your listing has not yet been approved. Once active, subscriptions are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Is my listing verified?
Yes. Every listing goes through our review process before going live. Verified listings show the HALYO Verified badge, which builds trust with couples.
Can I switch plans?
